At AuricGleam, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase of Mice, Keyboards, and Controllers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process in accordance with our policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Software or digital content (e.g., firmware downloads, activation keys)
- Gift cards or promotional credits
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number may be rejected.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, after verifying the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
